They could not agree upon the first point and the third point.
The first point was the adoption of the annual reports for 2009, the second point was the choice of an auditor for 2010 and the third point was the decision to sell 41.600 shares through a private offer.

Although there were many comments from the shareholders about the first point, the third was the most discussed point, especially since there was a proposal from one of the shareholders these shares to be sold via public auction that would certainly have received a higher price for the shares, rather than through a private offering, which would solve the problems with the liquidity.

He added that this private offer is a non-transparent way because the share will be sold to future shareholders that the management has chosen, companies that are unknown to the public and by a price that is far below the real value.

Even one of the major shareholders in the board, abstained from voting because of what he described as suspicious are the companies who are planning to buy 41.600 shares by a price of 2.350 denars.
The point was voted with 72% of the present votes.
