The company reported that it would increase the amount of the established credit line based on revolving principle that amounts €25 million, with interest and cost, in order to secure the liability.
Furthermore, the company reported that on 06.10.2009 it realized a registration in the Central Registry as pledged debtor, in order to provide provision of the pledge of the constituent requests in the amount of 15,000,000.00 euros, with interest and costs.
